Dear BVCC Community Members:
The Board of Trustees meetings will now be held in an open forum, accessible via ZOOM. Going forward, the Board meetings, which this year have been held every other month, will now allow a period of approximately 15 minutes at the start of each meeting for questions, comments, ideas. After that initial 15-minute time period, you will still be allowed to watch and listen to the remainder of the Board meeting, but the Q&A period will be closed. Before each Board meeting, our meeting agenda as well as a Zoom link to the meeting will be published on BVCC’s website: www.buenavistacc.org . NOTE: BVCC’s Annual Meeting will be held in person in October.
The Board would like to encourage community members to participate. That said, please be patient should there be any glitches while we move forward with this new format.
