- Board to engage Greg Gilday as legal counsel and review bylaws.
- Counsel to manage water lien procedures and late payment enforcement.
- Finance team to reinvest funds into the approved 6-month CD.
- Robbie and Jody to consult HOA counsel on boat storage agreement modifications and fee adjustments.
- Board to draft and implement new boat storage policy with community notice by June 2026.
- Patt to oversee placement of new waterfront sign and decide on repurposing old sign.
- Board to maintain paper documentation for all complaints going forward.
